BUG

Hi,

There seems to be a bug with having the queue name contain a slash (/).
I created the queue "Systems/Network" and when I go to create a request,
the content box contains:

The specified template is missing or inaccessable.
(/usr/local/rt/etc/templates/queues/Systems/Network/web_create)
However, the custom content which was supposed to fill the template
was:

I supposed the slash should be escaped?

thanks,
peter

Re: BUG [In reply to]

Slash is one of several characters that you probably shouldn't have in a queue name.
