Hi,
I have a quick question,
To your knowledge is it possible to make RT tun on NT IIS? I understand that
by installing PERL I will be allowed to run the cgi's but is there a way to
get around using MySQL? Is there a way to tell RT to use and ODBC source to
connect to and Access or SQL Server database?
I run a small IT department at a university and need to have a way for my
techincians to access problem reports from anywhere via the web, and it
seems like RT is the only program out there to allow this. (We are using RT
at my second job, where we have Unix servers.)
