RTx::Calendar - Adding a new ticket type to RT

Hi,

I'm currently looking at adding non-working time to RTx::Calendar
module. I'm considering creating a new
ticket type like reminders with just a start/end time and a owner of
the user.

Would this be a good/bad way of implementing such functionality?

If this is a good way forward, are there any obvious issues I'll need
to attend too?
