RT-Authen-ExternalAuth development release 0.09_01

I just pushed a development release of RT-Authen-ExternalAuth (0.09_01)
to CPAN. It should make it to mirrors within the day.
Please test it out and report back your experience. The change log is
below:
* Improved logic when dealing with Disabled/disabling users
* Configurable group membership attribute values
* Group membership tests
