ripOLE - now segfault-free :-)

Good news,
The ripOLE project is now segfault free and is ripping out attachments from
Microsoft OLE files correctly for all three storage system (mini, normal and
extended).
There is still a lot of work to be done on the ripOLE interface, mostly adding
things like parameter parsing from the CLI, building a usable API and adding
various debugging tests/verbosity. However, if anyone has MS Office documents
with objects/attachments and wants to try ripOLE, please do and report back to
me on success/failures.
