Regarding quagga-ospf mibs

Hi All,
We are using quagga-0.99.20 with netsnmp-5.6.1.1 on PPC platform.
issue1) OSPF MIBS Getbulk from SNMP manager is not fetching full data
sometimes.
issue2) when i tried to set the value for a ospf mib attribute via SNMP
manager.Even though Attribute type is showing as read/write permission, it
is giving the error.
SET failed. (192.168.2.254). Information: Read Only
Attribute and OID details are as below:--
----------------------------------------------
OID- .1.3.6.1.2.1.14.1.1.0
DataType- IpAddress
Value- 4.4.4.4
*As per Quagga 99.20 release has TODO note about OSPF MIB as below
o OSPF MIB [SNMP get is amost finished].*
Does this note have any implication to above mentioned issue1, issue2. Is
anybody experienced similar behavior. Please share, if any information
about this?
