[Bug 460] ripd.c contains non valid c, and thus won't build with a compilre that supports only c.

I think this was already filed as bug #278, and has been
fixed in the source code. Unfortunately, this was never
backported into the stable release 0.98.6. I'm afraid
that 0.98.6 is pretty out of date at this point, and
I think 0.99.9 is probably a better bet.
