Sorry,_no_mailbox_here_by_that_name._(#5.1.1)

I recently created another domain (D02.com) on my VPS...just identical to the one I had before (D01.com)
However, all the emails to admin [at] D0 are/were going on fine but the mails to admin [at] D0 are failing due to "Sorry,_no_mailbox_here_by_that_name._(#5.1.1)".

Both D01.com and D02 are set up identical but qmail still thinks mailbox for admin [at] D02 does not exist. Can anyone please some shed light on this?
Qmail is installed in /usr/local/qmail dir. Here is some more info:
