Can't find qmailctl.

Can't find qmailctl.

Hi, qmail.

I'm trying to bring up netqmail-1.06 on my new amd64 home box. This box
runs gentoo linux, which is where i got the distribution from.

Life with qmail describes the utility qmailctl. Sadly, I can't find
this anywhere, neither in source nor executable.

Would somebody please help me, and tell me what I've failed to
understand.

Section 2.8.2.1 of the Life with Qmail document has the text of the
qmailctl script as well as a link to it at:
