Standart LWQ-qmail - Segmentation Fault with smtpd
|
|
Hi, I installed netqmail 1.06 (http://www.lifewithqmail.org/lwq.html) on Debian Lenny. Everythink worked like a charm except for that smtpd exists with a "Segmentation Fault" error (thats the whole message) when running it manually at /var/qmail/supervise/qmail-smtpd/run. Running the LWQ-Test script for a broken installation doesn't help: "Congratulations, your LWQ installation looks good!" qmailctl stat shows the following: /service/qmail-send: up (pid 30041) 3723 seconds /service/qmail-send/log: up (pid 30046) 3723 seconds /service/qmail-smtpd: up (pid 6022) 1 seconds /service/qmail-smtpd/log: up (pid 30051) 3723 seconds messages in queue: 0 messages in queue but not yet preprocessed: 0 with /service/qmail-smtpd being always < 2 seconds. I did not have a previous MTA agend installed,. Looking in the logs in /var/log didn't show anything. Any help would be very appreciated. kind regards, Felix Stiehler
