This question is actually to short to answer it without context
knowledge.
1. Checking the e-mail sender (SMTP Mail From: envelope address) while
receiving the email thru SMTP is facilitated by means of qmail-smtpd and
the control file 'badmailfrom'.
2. Verification whether the e-mail sender is valid/legitimate, in case
it was send from your mail domain(s) and relayed from a Remote User
Agent (e.g. Outlook) by means of SMTP thru your qmail system can be
accomplished with my 'Mail From Address Verification' (MAV).
You can modify qmail-smtpd by means the patch you find on the site
www.fehcom.de/qmail or as part of my Spamcontrol patch.
Spamcontrol comes with extensions for (1.) including
'badmailfromunknown' and 'badmailfromwellknown' sources as well as RegEx
features.
