mails sent through outlook, windows mail are shown as sent but not reaching the destination

Hi list,
We have a qmail server on Linux. Users use Outlook express, Microsoft outlook, windows mail, etc to send mails to our domain and sub domains and outside our domains.
The problem I am facing is that , some mails sent by users do not reach the destination but shown as sent in sent items folder.

when I checked the whole thing what I found was that those mails were not reaching my server and getting lost in between the user pc and my server.

Urgent help is required on this.

thanks in anticipation

You can (temporarily) use recordio to record the SMTP conversation with the
clients - but it sounds like a problem with those clients. If the SMTP
conversation does not show qmail accepting responsibility for the messages
you'll need to fix/replace the clients.

For urgent help you probably want to hire a commercial qmail consultant.
There are a list of some of them at qmail.org. Mailing list support is
generally not suitable for "urgent" problems.
