netqmail - setup error during ucspi-tcp-0.88 "make setup check" step

Hi,

I'm receiving the following error when I execute "make setup check" during the
qmail setup process step 2.6:

mail1# make setup check
./install
install: fatal: unable to write .../bin/tcpserver: text busy
*** Error code 111
Stop in /usr/local/src/ucspi-tcp-0.88.

Can someone give me some pointers on this?

When I run ./instcheck in the /usr/local/src/ucspi-tcp-0.88 directory I receive
the following:

mail1# ./instcheck
instcheck: warning: .../bin/tcpserver has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/tcprules has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/tcprulescheck has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/argv0 has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/recordio has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/tcpclient has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/who@ has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/date@ has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/finger@ has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/http@ has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/tcpcat has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/mconnect has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/mconnect-io has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/addcr has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/delcr has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/fixcrio has wrong permissions
instcheck: warning: .../bin/rblsmtpd has wrong permissions

All the file listed above have the same permssions as the tcpserver:
-r-xr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  42488 Jul 12 04:38 tcpserver
2.6. Install ucspi-tcp
Earlier, you unpacked the qmail, ucspi-tcp, and daemontools tarballs. Now change
to the ucspi-tcp directory:
cd /usr/local/src/ucspi-tcp-0.88
In the Do the build section, if you modified conf-cc and conf-ld, you'll need to
make the same changes in this directory.
Then do:
patch <
/usr/local/src/netqmail-1.06/other-patches/ucspi-tcp-0.88.errno.patch make
make setup check

That's it. ucspi-tcp is installed.

Sounds like you've not stopped whatever service(s) you're running that already
uses tcpserver - typically including SMTP, POP3 services (qmail-smtpd, qmail-
pop3d). If you're following Life with Qmail then probably just 'qmailctl stop'
prior to compiling should work ('qmailctl start' to restart your services
afterwards).

cheers,

Andrew.
