ANNOUNCE: ofmipd-plus - ofmipd with authentication & logging

I'd like to announce ofmipd-plus: This is ofmipd with John Levine's existing
authentication patch added along with thorough logging.
(For completeness: ofmipd[plus] is an alternative to qmail-smtpd for mail
submission from the mess822 package.)
