qmail stopped logging databytes limit

Seems as if my qmail server stopped logging an error for excceding the databytes limit. I seem to remember it logging a error in the log similar to "Too big - excceds databytes"

Any idea on where I can start looking?

Stock qmail does not log any message when databytes is exceeded (not
sure about netqmail). The only place qmail displays anything is during
the SMTP dialog when informing the SMTP client that the message was too
large. Any logging of this message was done either via a patch or using
recordio.

Thanks for that tidbit, must have been one of the patches I used on the original install then. The server died a while ago and has since been rebuilt, oh well.

Thanks

RE: qmail stopped logging databytes limit [In reply to]

Tried the patch but it seems to be conflicting with another patch I use.
I'll keep trying to get in there though.

Thanks

Jason
