if you are using qmail then you will get milling list
inbuilt, just see that qmailadmin-toaster is install or not, If you
have install then login in your http://serverip/admin-toaster or
qmailadmin
In this you will get mailling list option.

Qmila toaster isn't installed. However I have installed ezmlm, the
problem is it doesn't seem to work as expected.
