qmail IPv6 support

Hello!

Does someone know about a patch for qmail supporting IPv6 and IPv4 for a
dual homed IPv4/IPv6 mail server?

What's about the patch

Kazunori Fujiwara for example?

The fujiwara patch works just fine, unless you use patches for SPF, in
which case SPF lookups ignore IPv6. I've written some articles about
Qmail IPv6 at:
http://www.brandonturner.net/blog/2009/08/qmail-ipv6/

My articles are geared towards John Simpson's combined patch, however
the ucspi-tcp and ucspi-ssl patches should work, and the general idea
should apply to netqmail or any other qmail.

That is good. Also you can test with fefe's patch. Personally i think
that IPv6 testing is so hard. It is needed long patience.
