Qmail outbound limits?

Here's my scenario -

I've got a web script that sends an email to an admin, and an email to a
client. They are sent one right after the other.

The problem: the second email doesn't get sent.

individually they send just fine, and be reversing the order of sending
the emails, the first email always goes.

My script is written in C++, and uses pipes... I've added upto a 30
second sleep between messages to no avail...

I'm using a Plesk VPS with the installed Qmail.

I've attached SpamDyke, and looking at the debug level of logging, I see
the 1st message, but no trace of the 2nd email.

My real question is, is there anything in Qmail that could be preventing
the 2nd email from being sent? I was thinking that their might be a
Spam filter/throttle, but I'm not really sure of where to look.

Let me know if more information is needed

Thanks

matt
