How to remove the limit of maximum recipients in single message

BlankDear all,

I would like to check how many recipient can allow within a single message (how to increase?), user get the error message below when the mail send to around 70 recipients:

This is not a qmail error message, which means it's coming from some
other system. Do you have a transparent email proxy of some kind?
