Assuming you use tcpserver, put an entry for that IP along with:

RBLSMTPD=""

In your /etc/tcp.smtp file.

Not sure what's up with the recent round of top posting. How annoying.

Meanwhile, your question of is it possible to whitelist by machine name has
a simple answer: DON'T do it. I could be anyone and claim I'm
some.machine.yourdomain.tld and you'd whitelist me.
