Announce: Updated qmail-verify for recipient verification

Hi,
I've made some changes to my qmail-verify patch. The old patch used 3
environment variables to specify the required behaviour: VERIFY,
VERIFYDEFER, VERIFYSVR. The new patch combines all of these into just
VERIFY which now has a richer syntax. Some underlying code has
changed, primarily to enable this change.
No security issues have arisen with the old version (v1.22), so there
is no requirement to upgrade if you're using it; if you do upgrade
you should read the web page / man page for the new version to
understand the changes, since you will need to update your
environment variable settings (in cdb and/or run file).
I'd appreciate your comments, and I'd like to know if it works for you
(on your OS / hardware) so I can update the relevant section on the
qmail-verify web page.
