filter mail at smtp level

Hi,

How can I filter mail at smtp level by attachment
type, subject or text in the body of the mail? I don't
want to accept mail then bounce it later. There is a
qmail-smtpd replacement call qpsmtpd. Is qpsmtpd
stable to process mail around 5,000 to 10,000 mails
per day?

Install qmail-qfilter and write/install appropriate filters.
