Installing 1.5.2 on WinNT without Admin privileges?

At this stage, no. the only real reason is that making an installer handle both cases it just too hard, and installing stuff so it is available machine-wide (rather than just the current user) seemed more useful - especially for people hoping to use it with CGI etc. You should be able to copy to binaries to your machine, set a PYTHONPATH variable, and all should be well..
