[issue7345] calendar.TextCalendar().formatyear wrong argument list

New submission from dingle <xinjiang.lu [at] gmail>:

class calendar.TextCalendar([firstweekday]):
formatyear(theyear, themonth[, w[, l[, c[, m]]]])

Should delete "themonth". Found this problem with all 2.6, 2.7, 3K
documentation.
