DAVEM TPF Grant April 2012 report

As per my grant conditions, here is a report for the April period.
Mostly spent the month improving how the code blocks in /(?{code})/ are
actually invoked. Previously a proper entry wasn't made on the context
stack, so things like /(?{die/next/last/caller/return})/ caused erratic
behaviour, and even seg faults.
My new method makes use of the MULTICALL API rather than having its own
hand-rolled implementation, so it benefits from code reuse and commonality
of any future bug fixes.
This was harder to achieve than might be expected because the semantics of
regex code-blocks insist that they do not introduce new scopes; so each
time a block is called, any new entries on the save stack are accumulated
rather than being freed. This clashes badly with the normal expectation of
pushing a sub on the context stack (along with some SAVEs on the save
stack), then popping everything on block exit.
Over the last month I have averaged 6 hours per week.
As of 2012/04/30: since the beginning of the grant:

10.3 average hours per week
There are now 140 hours left on the grant.
