DProf isn't shipped with Perl anymore, but for 5.14.2 I get:
$ perl5.14.2 -d:DProf -le 'use Math::BigInt lib => "Foo"'
Math::BigInt: couldn't load specified math lib(s), fallback to
Math::BigInt::Calc at -e line 1

So this appears to have been solved; I vote to close.
