Claiming bug #70091: Segmentation fault in hash lookup in regex substitution

Hi,

How can I claim a bug, or why can I only assign other people as owner.
Anyway, I am working on #70091: Segmentation fault in hash lookup in regex
substitution

Gerard Goossen.

We don't generally operate on a formal 'claiming' model. We only use the
RT ownership for blame ;) Sending mail to p5p saying that you're
working on a particular issue was, indeed, the right thing to do.
