Release preparation of Perl 5.11.2

Hello,

I've stepped in to release Perl 5.11.2 tomorrow. Please do not commit
anything to blead at the moment, I am going through the release
process and do not want any more code to test right now.

Thanks! Leon

Oops. I just updated perlfaq and some problems in perlfunc that showed
in my email last night.

Last time, Jesse told me I could update the perlfaq up to the last
hour, though, so I hope that doesn't mess you up.

Next month, I'd like the 19th to be later in the month if possible.

The release process has been completed. You may now continuously
improve Perl as per usual ;-)

Thanks! Léon

You mean, something like the Thursday following the first 19th in the month?
:-)
