'distclean' - missing a few leftovers

'distclean' - missing a few leftovers

After a 'distclean' I see these files:
ext/IPC/SysV/Makefile.old
ext/threads/shared/Makefile.old
Anybody want to clean that up, perchance?

I don't reproduce this -- all the sub Makefiles in ext/ clean up
correctly the Makefile.old files.

However, I have those leftovers :

./ext/Test/Harness/t/ext/Test/Harness/t/source_tests/harness
./utils/Makefile

Neither can I, now. Must have been a wirecross from a git pull (++Sam for
my git repo).

ISTR that's a known Test::Harness bug...?

That's in MANIFEST, for some reason.
