[DOC PATCH] Memoize.pm refers to old title of "Higher Order Perl"

The documentation of Memoize.pm still refers to the old working title of
"Higher Order Perl", and labels it as "upcoming".
This is the future, attached patch fixes this. (I'm not entirely sure in
what format the reference to the book should be, but it should be
understandable this way).

If the porters agree I'd also write a patch that adds HOP to the list of
perl books in perlfaq2.pod.

Cheers,
Moritz

Where there? I can see the fulltext search and the announcement, but I
can find no link to actually view or download it.
