[PATCH] Silence build warnings in universal.c

Attached patch silences the following build warnings:

universal.c: In function `Perl_croak_xs_usage':
universal.c:332: warning: cast from pointer to integer of different size
universal.c: At top level:
universal.c:1064: warning: unused parameter 'cv'
