[PATCH] perl5db.pl update for Mac OS X 10.5

Terminal.app got some new features in 10.5, so here's a more complicated
macosx_get_fork_TTY. I don't know if this is large enough for a version
number bump.

Why not fallback to a sane default when $ENV{TERM_PROGRAM_VERSION}
isn't defined?

Failing _is_ the sane default in that case. Either it's an ancient
unsupported version of Mac OS X, or someone sabotaged themselves
by deleting $ENV{TERM_PROGRAM_VERSION} while leaving $ENV{TERM_PROGRAM}
set to 'Apple_Terminal'.

Adding an "Unknown or unsupported Terminal.app version" error message
might make the situation clearer.

OK. Thanks, applied as #32361, will be in RC1. (I'll welcome tests by our Tiger
and Leopard-using lurkers:)
