swift accounts V users

Hi All,

having problems understanding the concept of a swift account and how it relates to a user. Can anybody provide an explanation?
Can an account have multiple users associated with it?

An account maps to a tenant or a customer, and yes it can have many
users and many containers.
Access control is per user
