You'd probably have to send email to the ovs mailing lists (
http://mail.openvswitch.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss) to get the gory
details, but my understanding is that the OVS kernel module intentionally
does not call some of the ebtables/iptables hooks, since there is overlap
with similar OVS functionality.
