[Quantum] floating IP is unstable when reverse path filtering is off

Hi all,
We are using Quantum on RHEL 6.4 with Linuxbridge-agent.
We observed that accessing VM through floating IP becomes unstable
when reverse path filtering is off at the Quantum network node.
We are using OpenStack Folsom.
Has anybody seen the same problem or any solution to make it stable?
