Known issue with libpcap and VM interfaces?

Hello,
I'm running Solaris 10 x86 on a VMWare VM. Libpcap loads and runs for a
short while, then the thread dies. I recall something long ago about
some possible issues with VM's - any current ideas? I don't really need
libpcap as I'm mostly concerned with netflow stuff.
