the prefs db file. You can see the underlying settings via Admin | Configure | Preferences. However, be careful - some preferences act oddly when set both ways (command line and web). To fix this you sometimes have to go into the database and delete records. I realize that ntop is started with a command and a series of arguments. My question is this: If I go into the admin/configure/startup options/debugging preferences section, I can set a parameter to send all ntop logs to the local syslog server. It says the change will take effect upon restart. Where is that change archived? Thanks Steve
