NTOP-Win32 and RRD problems
|
|
Is there a bug related to the RRDPlugin on NTOP-win32 v.3.0.3? I have recently installed NTOP-Win32 v3.0.3 on a Windows 2000 Server SP4 using a clean installation and have set up the RRD Plugin and Netflow according to documentation and mailing-list posts. I have changed the RRD files path to a new folder I created with full read/write access. The problem I have which may or not be a bug, is that the NTOP service stops everytime I click on the historical icon under Summary->Traffic and bring up the "Info about interface NetFlow-device" page which displays RRD graphs. What I receive is RED X's for each Graph location and I have to go under Windows Services and restart the NTOP service after I click on the Historical Page link. I'm only using NTOP in a lab environment currently with 5 host machines and very little traffic being generated, so I know it's not a performance issue with my server, I've tried the same installation on other machines, and I keep running across this same problem with the NTOP service stopping. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
