Ntop 2.0 beta NT -> webinterface unreachable after a while

Hi,
Using NTOP 2.0 beta on NT 4.0 Server platform I face this problems:
1. ntop starts brave and collects data in the dos-box, when calling port
3000 the web-interface shows up. After a while the web-interface is not
reachable anymore. It is not a function of collected packets or up-time.
It seems to be a problem with the web-interface itself.
2. when I close the dos-box with ntop and want to start again, it is not
possible. I have to boot again.
I want to use ntop with a Server with MS Webserver (IIS) and a
mailserver, with different customers to measure the traffic for each
IP-adress and protokoll (ftp,http,mail etc).
On the same machine resides pc-anywhere as well.
Is ntop suitable for this job ?
