Interworking Layer 2 MPLS (Ethernet - Sonet) OSPF Adjacency issue

Hi,

Setup is L2 MPLS interworking - one side is Ethernet and other side is
Sonet (encapsulation hdlc). IP connectivity between both customer end
routers is fine. Now I am trying to bring up OSPF adjacency between two CE
and am facing issues. Since one side is Sonet (ospf network point to
point) and other side is Ethernet (ospf network broadcast), i thought of
forcing Ethernet side network type to point to point. But still OSPF
adjacency did not come up.

Observation is from Sonet side CE, there is a hello packet sent but not
received on Ethernet side CE.
Ethernet side CE is sending hello packet which is received on Sonet side CE.

Even when i change OSPF network to p2mp or nbma and forcefully set the
neighbor command to make ospf hello to unicast the same above exists.

Do anyone have tried this kind of scenario and could help?

thanks
Arun
