I'm about to find out. I had ordered a new circuit, watched them qualify
it, and then it was delayed for several weeks due to "internal tickets".
I had given them this information (and they confirmed it) when the order
was placed:

"Turn up with BGP (full table) and announce 208.79.240.0/22 from
AS11170. We also require IPv6 (full table+announcing 2620:0:950::/48
from AS11170)."

I will let the list know what happens with regards to the IPv6 part.

Just to update: I very clearly said "BGP" and "/48" to at least four
different people and in writing multiple times, and they all said it was
fine. Their form had me fill out "does customer have PI from ARIN?" and
I said yes and listed my /48. So far nobody has shot it down. I'll find
out what happens tomorrow morning during the turn up conference call.
