Foundry BigIron BIMG8-MR BGP null route problem

*Hi All.
I have Foundry BigIron BIMG8-MR.
part of BGP config on it:*
/ip route 196.211.152.0/22 null0 distance 16

local-as 5956

neighbor 87.245.237.24 remote-as 9082
neighbor 87.245.237.24 next-hop-self
