ServerIron400 + Outgoing ports are blocked.

Hello guys,
Have a small problem with si400.
I have farm configured for two servers:
Virtual server: farm1 Status: enabled IP: x.x.x.x
http -------> serv1: y.y.y.y, http (Active)
serv2: z.z.z.z, http (Active)
Load balancing working Perfect, but when i try reach any website from
servers y.y.y.y or z.z.z.z its not works yet.... I can reach any
another port which non configured for load balancing at si400... but
80 - no ...
Can someone explain me this problem ? Maybe i miss in settings
something ? or this is normal situation for si400 ???
