Police+Shape traffic on customer port

Hi
I just configurint Police+Shape for customer at FESX624 Gigabit port
for 150Mbps:
#sh run int e6
interface ethernet 6
load-interval 30
rate-limit input fixed 150000000
rate-limit output shaping 150381
no spanning-tree
no flow-control
!
Are my above values are ok for 150Mbps ?
