Depends on what you need. For GigE optics there are a lot of choices.

$51 for the SX SFP isn't bad. But some of their prices aren't that low for
some things. I got a pair of 10G ER XFP from them for a pretty decent price
recently, though.

You can use Finisar products. I have tried some with Foundry products
and it works. You can contact them to find the nearest
distributors/resellers or you can search on
