Finding the right Extreme vendor

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a vendor (or had experience with) they
would recommend who could repair extreme switches or replace parts like
power switches/plugs?
I am asking because I have several switches we are playing with as we are a
Cisco shop but slowly moving over to the purple. I was looking at getting a
maintenance contract to get the latest firmware/software. Aside from that I
used a vendor before to replace a 16101 we had. The switch was just sitting
on the shelf in the storage room so I decided to get fixed. This particular
vendor has had my switch since end of 2nd quarter or so. I want to find a
vendor who is trusted as I thought they were, considering we bought a 16101
from them in 08 without a problem and just wanted to use their repair
service for the one replaced.
Any help would be appreciated.
