Summit 48i Access-List issues

Hi People,

We have an Summit 48i (Full L3) with access-list created. But this
access-list dont filter nothing. But i could see match in the access-list
monitor command.

Someone know any issue with: 6.2.2b134

Finally a reload resolve this issue without change any config.
Appears that if we create the access-list before any layer3 interface there is
some issue in the software.
