Summary: Re: changing/setting flow control

Thanks for the responses from following people.

tmac <tmacmd [at] gmail>
"Ed Wilts" <ewilts [at] ewilts>
"Filip Sneppe" <filip.sneppe [at] gmail>
April Jenner <aprilogi [at] yahoo>
jemans [at] xs4all

Worked like a charm...this morning on the:
Cisco switch, enable flowcontrol
flowcontrol send on
flowcontrol receive on

Filer, enable flowcontrol
ifconfig int_name flowcontrol full
update ./etc/rc files
ifstat now reports full flowcontrol on the GigE interface.

There were recommendations that the Cisco port should be set first and
then the filer NIC.

Thanks,
George
