Disk inventory out of sync.
|
|
Greetings, We have a 3140 cluster running 7.3.5.1P4 at one of our sites. There were 2 drive failures (not the same raid group), hot spares kicked in, and the hard drives replaced. Everything seems fine to here. The problem comes in because the partner is showing a disk mismatch. It sees all the drives, but the owner of the replacement drives doesn't in some cases. If I do a "disk show" or an "aggr status -r" on the disk owner, it sees the disks. Any of the "storage show disk <option>" commands on the owner do not show the replacement drives. Will a cluster takeover/giveback wake up the filer or are there any other tricks to get everything on the disk owner to show the drives?
