ok, just got it fixed. Thanks Netapp Support!! Turns out we did a Limited Self-Service instead of a self serivce. I noticed there were snapshots from an old set of LUNS when I did a search for all for our target VM. I noticed some snapshots that are no longer valid, as in, under my Inventory tab, I removed all the older LUNS that we were using for test. works like a charm now..
